Civil mediation
Civil disputes rarely reach the court because of the amount at stake. They get there because the conversation has stopped. Civil mediation reopens it on concrete points: what the contract says, what has been performed so far, what remains to be done and by when.
When mediation fits
- One side has not done what the contract required, and formal notices have changed nothing.
- You have a property dispute: a boundary, a right of way, the use of a shared asset.
- An inheritance is at a standstill because the heirs cannot agree on how to divide it.
- A loan between private individuals has not been repaid by the agreed date.
